Shadow Edge Tools respects your privacy. This is a draft — replace with a final policy before launch.
What we collect
- Order data — when you buy a product, Lemon Squeezy processes the payment and shares your name, email, billing country, and order details with us so we can fulfill the order.
- License activations — when our software validates your license, we record the license key, machine fingerprint, and activation timestamp. This is used solely to enforce license terms.
- Site analytics — we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages get visited. We do not sell or share this data.
What we don't collect
- Your trades, trading account, P&L, or any broker data.
- Your NinjaTrader credentials.
- Anything our software is doing on your charts.
Payments
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your credit card or bank details. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, or deletion of, the data we hold about you by emailing privacy@shadowedgetools.com.
Updates
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top and notify customers by email when appropriate.
