By purchasing or using software from Shadow Edge Tools (“we”, “us”), you agree to the terms below. This is a draft — replace with final, lawyer-reviewed terms before launch.

1. License

Each Shadow Edge Tools product is sold under a personal-use license. You may install and use the software on up to 3 machines that you own or control. The license is non-transferable.

2. No financial advice

Shadow Edge Tools software is provided as a tool for managing trades you decide to make. It does not provide financial advice, recommendations to buy or sell, or guarantees of any trading outcome. Trading futures, forex, stocks, and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.

3. No warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with every NinjaTrader update. We make every effort to keep it working but you accept that markets, brokers, and platforms can fail in ways outside our control.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadow Edge Tools' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any consequential damages.

5. Updates

Lifetime updates are included with every purchase. Updates are delivered via the same Lemon Squeezy download link or by email.

6. Trademarks

NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. Shadow Edge Tools is an independent software vendor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NinjaTrader, any prop trading firm, or any broker.
