Refund policy

We back every Shadow Edge Tools purchase with a 14-day refund, no questions asked. If our software isn't a fit for your trading, we'll return your money.

How to request a refund

Email support@shadowedgetools.com from the address you bought under, with the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy and typically appear in your account within 5 business days.

License revocation

Once a refund is issued, the license key associated with that order is deactivated. You agree to remove all installed copies of the software from your machines.

Edge cases

• After 14 days— refunds are at our discretion. Email us and we'll do our best.
• Bundle discounts — refunds on a single product inside a bundle are pro-rated.
• Chargebacks— please email us first. We'd much rather refund you directly than fight a dispute.
