Shadow Edge Tools LLC backs every purchase with a 7-day refund, no questions asked. If our software isn't a fit for your trading, we'll return your money.
How to request a refund
Email support@shadowedgetools.com from the address you bought under, with the order number from your Stripe receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
License revocation
Once a refund is issued, the license tied to your NinjaTrader account for that order is removed. You agree to remove all installed copies of the software from your machines.
Edge cases
- After 7 days— refunds are at our discretion. Email us and we'll do our best.
- Bundle discounts — refunds on a single product inside a bundle are pro-rated.
- Chargebacks— please email us first. We'd much rather refund you directly than fight a dispute.
